Where does Hatley ship to?

Currently, Hatley only ships to Canada and the United States.

I have placed an order online but I am not sure that it went through—how can I be sure?

You should receive an e-mail once you place the order and again once the order has been shipped. If you are still uncertain, please contact Customer Services.

Is there any way that I can track my order?

We do not currently offer a tracking service. Any questions about your order can be directed to Customer Services.

Can I buy from Hatley over the phone?

No. All of our sales are done through the website.

Does Hatley produce a catalogue?

Only for our wholesale customers.

I have seen something in a store that I have not seen online – how can I get it?

All our products which are in stock are currently sold on our site.

Does Hatley offer a gift service?

Not yet.

How do I wash the Hatley Kids' Raincoat?

Wash it in cold water, on the delicate cycle, and with a mild detergent. Hang it up to dry, and do not put it in the dryer.

Are your clothes fire-retardant?

No. Industry standards dictate that if a piece of kids' or infant clothing is going to be fire-retardant it has to be coated with a chemical. Hatley tries to keep its clothes as natural as possible using mostly natural fibers. In order to maintain compliance with industry standards our clothes are snug fitting instead.

Are your clothes tested and certified for safety?

Yes. The entire Hatley product line is compliant and tested, and meet all relevant standards, including lead content and flammability. Should you like to see a test for a product manufactured after November 12, 2008, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Services.
